What is "dry-hire"?

Dry-Hire simply means that, as the host, you supply the alcohol while we do the rest.

One benefit of dry-hire bartending services is not needing to purchase a liquor license for your event so long as your event is

• private (i.e. by invite only and not open to the public),

• the host purchases and supplies the alcohol (aka dry-hire),

• there are no admission fees to attend the event,

• and you do not charge for drinks.

In the end, this approach saves you money and time because liquor licenses in California can be costly and are cumbersome to obtain.

Once you've decided to go with Party Kat, reserve your event date by paying the deposit.

Consultation Call

This call is to go over what to expect during the event, details of signature drinks (if any) and to address any questions you may have.

21 days before event

Alcohol Shopping List

We will email you a customized list of the amounts and types of alcohol we recommend you to buy. We will also remind you of items that you as the host have agreed to provide on the big day so there's no confusion.

Final Payment Due

Conveniently pay in cash, Zelle or by credit card.

Enjoy Your Event!

We show up an hour before the event starts to set up, and clean up after ourselves when it's all over.
